Beef enchiladas



2 lbs ground beef

1 onion

1 cup cooked rice (optional)

Salt and pepper

1 Tbsp cumin seed

1 jar tomato sauce (700ml)

10 tortillas


1. Sauté beef and onion then add rice, and seasoning. 

2. Pour half of the tomato sauce in a 9x13 pan.

3. Fill tortillas with beef filling, roll up like burritos and place in pan. 

4. Top with remaining tomato sauce and bake for 30 mins at 350 F.

5. Serve with toppings such as grated cheese, lettuce, sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
