Purchase assorted cuts of beef straight from the ranch! All of our beef is provincially inspected and available for use in commercial kitchens as well. Our selection of cuts varies slightly depending on the season. Contact us by email, text or phone to make your beef order!

1lbs Fossen ground beef

1 egg

1/3 c rolled oats

Splash of Worcestershire sauce or BBQ sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

With thawed beef in a mixing bowl, add rest of ingredients and mix by hand.

Makes 4 quarter pound patties.

Grill on BBQ.
